Creating an Account


  1. The seller must be registered on Pansho.
  2. All registration details must be accurate and up to date.
  3. Pansho may verify user details via OTP, email, or other methods.
  4. users must provide valid tax details (GST or Enrolment ID/UIN for non-GST users) and correct bank or Aadhaar-linked mobile details.
  5. Accounts with false or misleading information may be suspended or deactivated without prior notice.


Orders & Delivery


  1. Customers must carefully check product details, price, size, and specifications before ordering.
  2. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
  3. Some deliveries may require OTP verification and package inspection at delivery.
  4. Open-box delivery video recording is mandatory and must be unedited.
  5. If the video is found edited, Pansho may take action against the customer or delivery partner, including legal action.


Code & Conduct


  1. Users must use the platform lawfully and respectfully.
  2. Fraud, fake accounts, order manipulation, or false claims are strictly prohibited.
  3. Abusive language, harassment, or threats are not allowed.
  4. Violations may lead to suspension, termination, penalties, or legal action.
  5. Pansho charges a one-time onboarding fee of ₹1500 + ₹270 GST (Total ₹1770).


Marketplace Role


  1. Pansho is a digital marketplace connecting customers with independent sellers/manufacturers.
  2. Pansho is not a manufacturer; it only facilitates transactions.
  3. Product details are provided by sellers, and customers should use discretion before purchasing.


Reviews & Feedback


  1. Users may post genuine and respectful reviews.
  2. Misleading, abusive, or illegal content may be removed.
  3. Pansho reserves the right to monitor and moderate user content.


Intellectual Propert


  1. All platform content, logos, and software belong to Pansho or its licensors.
  2. Users may not copy, reproduce, or use any platform content without prior written permission. If any user is found using such content without authorization, legal action may be taken against them.


Changes to Terms


  1. Pansho may update these terms at any time.
  2. Revised terms become effective once published.
  3. Continued use of the platform means acceptance of updated terms.

  1. Pansho provides 24/7 customer support to its users.
  2. Users may contact support anytime for issues related to orders, payments, delivery, refunds, or technical assistance.
  3. Support is available through email, call, chat, or other designated support channels.
  4. All queries and complaints are handled on a priority basis and resolved as quickly as possible.
  5. In some cases, resolution may take additional time, and users will be informed accordingly.
