Cancellation Policy


Order Cancellation by Customer


  1. Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order is dispatched.
  2. Once an order has been shipped or handed over to the delivery partner, cancellation may not be permitted.
  3. Cancellation requests must be made through the Pansho platform or designated support channels.


For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders


  1. If the customer cancels a COD order before dispatch or refuses to accept a COD order at the time of delivery,
  2. The COD payment option will be disabled for that customer/account/address, and
  3. The customer will not be allowed to place future COD orders; only prepaid orders will be permitted.
  4. Such cases may still be handled as per the applicable Return & Refund Policy and this Cancellation Policy.


Cancellation After Dispatch


  1. Orders that are already dispatched cannot be cancelled by the customer through the platform.
  2. In such cases, customers may:
  3. Refer to the applicable Return & Refund Policy after delivery, or
  4. (In the case of COD orders) refuse to accept the order at the time of delivery, subject to platform rules.
  5. For COD orders, refusal at delivery will result in permanent blocking of COD for future orders for that customer/account/address, as stated above.


Cancellation by Pansho


  1. Pansho reserves the right to cancel any order in the following situations:
  2. Product unavailability
  3. Pricing or listing errors
  4. Suspected fraudulent activity
  5. Violation of platform policies
  6. In case of cancellation by Pansho, any amount paid by the customer will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.


Refund for Cancelled Orders


  1. Refunds for successfully cancelled prepaid orders will be initiated to the original payment method.
  2. For COD orders cancelled before delivery where no online payment has been made, no refund is applicable, as no amount has been collected.
  3. If any advance/online amount (e.g., part payment, delivery fee) was collected for a COD order, such amount will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.
  4. Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment mode and banking partner.
  5. Pansho is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.


Abuse of Cancellation Policy


  1. Repeated or abusive cancellation requests may lead to account restrictions or suspension.
  2. Any cancellation or doorstep refusal of a COD order will result in the COD payment option being permanently blocked for that customer/account/address. The customer will not be permitted to place COD orders again and will be allowed to place only prepaid orders.


Policy Modifications


  1. Pansho may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time.
  2. Changes will be effective once published on the platform.
