1. Reducing RTO (Return to Origin)


In today’s market, sellers work with multiple platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho, and others. During this process, nearly 25% of parcels are either stolen during transit or the products are replaced at the time of pickup or delivery. As a result, sellers do not receive proper RTO returns and often fail to get their claims settled on time.

To address this challenge, Pansho has introduced:

  1. Open Box Delivery
  2. Strong and secure packaging systems

With the objective of resolving this issue by up to 99%, ensuring greater safety and transparency for sellers.


2. Women Empowerment (Women Employment)


Pansho aims to provide employment to at least 80% women within its workforce. This initiative helps:

  1. Women become financially independent
  2. Protect their fundamental rights
  3. Promote social and economic empowerment


3. Reduction in Delivery Time


One of Pansho’s key objectives is to streamline and accelerate the delivery process, ensuring that customers do not have to wait longer for their orders and receive a superior customer experience.


4. Open Packet / Delivery Time Structure


At Pansho, delivery timelines are determined based on delivery zones, geographical distance, and total processing time, which includes order processing, packing, and shipping:

(a) Local Zone (Nearby areas / Main hubs):

➡️ Delivery time: 3–5 working days

(b) Remote Zones:

➡️ Delivery may take longer due to increased geographical distance

(c) Express Delivery:

➡️ Delivery within 24 hours or less

Note:

Delivery time may be affected by factors such as traffic conditions, location, geographical challenges, and the efficiency of delivery partners.


5. Advanced Strategies to Reduce Delivery Time


To minimize delivery time, Pansho leverages modern and advanced technologies, including route optimization to identify low-traffic and shorter routes, thereby saving time and fuel. Smart warehousing practices are adopted by storing products in customer-proximate micro-fulfillment centers, which significantly reduces delivery distance. Automation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) powered predictive analytics are used to forecast demand and prevent unnecessary delays. Fast courier services, including 1-day and express delivery options, are offered to ensure quicker fulfillment. Additionally, real-time tracking systems provide customers with live parcel location updates, reducing the chances of failed deliveries. Pansho also utilizes customer behavior and traffic pattern data to continuously improve delivery efficiency, while integrating the entire process from order confirmation to dispatch through a unified digital system.
