Delivery Areas


  1. Pansho delivers products to selected serviceable locations within India.
  2. Serviceability may vary based on PIN code, logistics partner, or product category.


Order Processing


  1. Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  2. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and other operational factors.


Estimated Delivery Time


  1. An estimated delivery time is shown at the time of placing the order.
  2. This is only an estimate and may change due to external or unforeseen circumstances.


Delivery Partners


  1. Pansho uses third‑party courier and logistics partners to deliver orders.


Delivery Delays


Delivery may be delayed due to reasons such as


  1. Weather conditions,
  2. Operational or logistical issues,
  3. Government regulations or restrictions,
  4. Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
  5. Pansho shall not be held liable for delays caused due to such reasons.


Delivery Attempts & Customer Responsibility


  1. The customer is responsible for being available at the delivery address or ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
  2. After repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, the order may be cancelled.
  3. For locations/addresses where delivery repeatedly fails, Pansho may mark the address as non‑serviceable and may not attempt delivery to that location again.


Open-Box and OTP Verification (Where Applicable)


  1. OTP verification may be required at the time of delivery.
  2. For certain products, open‑box inspection at the time of delivery may be mandatory, as per Pansho’s guidelines.


Shipping Charges


  1. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout.
  2. Shipping charges may vary based on location, order value, ongoing offers, or promotions.


Risk & Ownership


  1. Once a product is successfully delivered, the risk and ownership of the product transfers to the customer.
  2. Customers are advised to check the package and condition of the product at the time of delivery.


Changes to this Policy


  1. Pansho may modify or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time.
  2. Changes will become effective once they are published on the Pansho platform.
