Return Policy
Open-Box Delivery and Return Eligibility
- For eligible categories, customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery before sharing the OTP.
- Once the OTP is shared and the product is accepted, claims for external damage, missing items, or product mismatch are generally not accepted.
When a Product Can Be Returned (Eligibility)
Returns are accepted if the product is:
- Defective or damaged (including if the product is found damaged at the time of delivery),
- Different from what was ordered (mismatched), or Not as described/listed.
Proof Requirement for Returns
- The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue while raising a return request.
Return Timeline
- Most products have a return window of 2 days from the date of delivery.
- Issues related to size or fitting must also be reported within 2 days of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are typically not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items),
- Personalized or custom-made products,
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, certain cosmetics, opened skincare products).
