Return Policy


Open-Box Delivery and Return Eligibility


  1. For eligible categories, customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery before sharing the OTP.
  2. Once the OTP is shared and the product is accepted, claims for external damage, missing items, or product mismatch are generally not accepted.


When a Product Can Be Returned (Eligibility)


Returns are accepted if the product is:

  1. Defective or damaged (including if the product is found damaged at the time of delivery),
  2. Different from what was ordered (mismatched), or Not as described/listed.


Proof Requirement for Returns


  1. The customer must provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue while raising a return request.


Return Timeline


  1. Most products have a return window of 2 days from the date of delivery.
  2. Issues related to size or fitting must also be reported within 2 days of delivery.


Non-Returnable Items


The following items are typically not eligible for return:


  1. Perishable goods (e.g., food items),
  2. Personalized or custom-made products,
  3. Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., innerwear, certain cosmetics, opened skincare products).
